AMC Services
We have launched the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) as part of the ASTHA Support System Window Care Services, designed to provide regular inspections and maintenance for your windows, ensuring an exceptional and long-lasting window experience.
The AMC visit will be scheduled as per the customer’s preferred day and time with prior intimation of 72 hours. Accordingly, ASTHA-trained professionals will provide the following:
- Cleaning of frames, tracks, and glass (limited to accessible areas).
- Accessories such as wool pile, track guard, nylon components, drainage caps, anti-lift devices, and similar items are not covered under the warranty.
- The above-mentioned AMC Plan does not cover aluminum, coating, or glass.
